I went into Diamond Soirée not knowing a single thing about jewelry or the engagement ring that I was shopping for. Then I met Max, who was single handedly the reason I ended up purchasing a ring from Diamond Soirée. I shopped around, A LOT, and no one else took as much time and care for my ring purchase as Max did. After our initial meeting I sent Max screenshots of handfuls of rings that my girlfriend liked and others that I liked. From there he hand sketched an idea for a ring. I made a return visit to Diamond Soirée to actually pick out the diamond. Here Max brought out a bunch of options and started explaining the differences and seeing which one was sticking out to me. Max took his time and made sure that I was confident with my choices. What really sold me was Max started telling me I shouldn’t get much larger of a diamond because it would look too big on my girlfriend’s hand. He has all the reason in the world to upsell me and have me spend the most amount possible, but he chose to care more about the finished product than the money he’d get for the sale. This is when I knew I was going to buy through him. From there we made some adjustments to the setting and then he started doing 3D renderings. We made additional adjustments and finally landed on a winner. The experience was enjoyable and made much more approachable due to Max’s assistance. My fiancé loves the ring and we couldn’t be happier how it turned out. We had to resize the ring a half size and Max got it back to us the very next day. The price was super reasonable and even beat out some online retailers that I had been shopping with. If you are at the beginning of ring shopping or any Diamond shopping and need somewhere to walk you through the process, Diamond Soirée should be at the top of your list.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Max at Diamond Sioree to create my custom ring and band. From the very beginning, Max was incredibly helpful and involved in bringing our vision to life. He didn’t just take our concept and make it..he contributed his own ideas, design references, and expertise that helped make the final design even better than what we originally imagined. Max guided us through every step of the process, from helping us choose the right stone and refining the design to making edits, answering all of our questions, and keeping communication easy throughout the entire process. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with every detail. One of my favorite parts of the process was that Max had a molding made so I could actually see and make sure I loved the design before everything was finalized. That extra step gave me so much confidence in the final piece and made the experience feel truly custom and personal. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, creativity, and communication were exceptional. Max made what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and enjoyable, and I always felt like he was listening to what I wanted while also bringing his own expertise and creativity to the table. I absolutely love my ring and band, and I’m so grateful to Max and everyone at Diamond Sioree for helping create something so special that I’ll get to wear for a lifetime. I would highly recommend Max to anyone looking for a custom piece especially if you want someone who will collaborate with you, offer honest guidance, and truly care about getting the design right.

The BEST ring shopping experience on Wabash Street. I couldn't find a wedding band that made me feel excited. Everything I found seemed either plain or over-the-top. Then, I met Max at Diamond Soiree. He worked with me to create a custom piece that was affordable, beautiful, and fit perfectly with my engagement ring. I lost a half carat diamond Stone out of a ring that my deceased husband bought me for an anniversary present 25 years ago. I wear this ring on my right hand ring finger. It has very sentimental value to me. Diamond Soiree was able Replace the diamond for a reasonable price and have it ready in a short period of time. I am pleased with my ring being restored presentably and will hopefully be able to wear it 25 more years or longer.

Had an amazing experience with Diane. This was probably the 6th jeweler I talked to. Diane blew the rest of them away. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me craft a custom ring and answered all of my questions. I was getting discouraged in my search for my ring until I ran into Diane. The rest of the jewelers I met with seemed like they were trying to make the quickest sale as possible. Not Diane. She wanted it to be the perfect ring for me. She wanted every detail correct. She patiently spent over an hour with me deciding between 2 diamonds which were almost identical. She truly made it an experience, not just a sale. Tess and Klaudia were both very warm and helpful in picking out an anniversary gift for my partner.
